Step 1: Please reset your Jabber program using the below instructions.
- Please note, if this is your first time using Jabber, skip to Step 2.
Directions:
- Go to the Jabber application:
- Sign out and Reset Jabber
- A dialog pop up appears, Do you want to retain the certificate? Click Remove

Step 2: For MRA Jabber devices, first enter the account name as seen. This will be your 11-digit extension with "@mra1.ngtsohio.com"
- For ODT agents, please use "@odt.ngtsohio.com" instead

Step 3: on the next screen, enter in your 11-digit phone number and password

Step 4: Click on "Sign In" to complete the sign in process for Jabber
