Incoming Calls
Each phone line can handle up to three incoming calls. Each call is represented visually by a new call pane on your screen.
- Answer an incoming call
- Put a call on hold
- Answer a second call
- Transfer an incoming call
There are three different levels of diverting calls when you don't want to receive them:
- Divert a call to voicemail — When your phone rings, two contextual SoftKeys appear: Answer and iDivert. Pressing iDivertsends the call to voicemail.
- Manage Do Not Disturb (DND) — Set up Do Not Disturb ahead of time when you don't want your phone to ring. When it's active, you can configure (from the portal) different notification modes, and you have the choice to Answer or iDivert.
***Do Not Disturb is not synched across all your company provided phones that support this setting. Please make a selection and click the Save button to apply this new setting. NOTE: this does not apply to additional phones (i.e., mobile, hotel, home, etc).
- DND presence will be on BLF status even though on IP phone DND is turned off - Forward all calls — When you don't want to receive calls or notification of calls, you can forward them directly to voicemail or another target number.
