• To Skip Hearing the Personal Greeting, if you do not want to hear the greeting, press # to skip it
• New Voice Mail Setup
• Delete all 'Deleted' voice mail messages using PCA
  To Delete a Message in the Cisco Unity Inbox Web Tool

Step 1 On the Cisco PCA, click the Cisco Unity Inbox link

Step 2 In the Cisco Unity Web Inbox, click on "Empty deleted items" 

Step 3 Clear All, Permanently remove all deleted messages? click Yes

• Delete all 'Deleted' voice mail messages using Phone
  

  Step 1 From your own phone, press the Messages button
  Step 2 Enter your voicemail PIN followed by #
  Step 3 New messages play first
  Step 4 Choose option 3 to review old messages
  Step 5 Choose option 2 to review deleted messages
  Step 6 Choose option 2 to erase
  Step 7 Choose option 1 to permanently delete old messages

  **Unity does not have a way to bulk delete New messages. You can empty the Deleted messages folder from PCA (Web Inbox), but that's only after you've deleted the messages from being New.
