Myphone Self Care Portal
Many phone features can be set up via the My Phone Self Care portal.
- NGTS: myphone1.ngtsohio.com/ucmuser. Log in with your Username and password
- NGTS: myphone2.ngtsohio.com/ucmuser. Log in with your Username and password
- NGTS: myphone3.ngtsohio.com/ucmuser. Log in with your Username and password
TIP: Your 11 digit telephone number is your Username
To change the password using Self Care go to
- Enter Username and Password and Sign In
- General Settings
- Enter new Client/Portal Password
- Press Save to preserve your changes

How do you get a password reset or find your password for the CISCO sign in page for the self portal. I went through the steps the other day but did not write down my password or the one I have is not working.
Additionally who unlocks the account once it has become locked.
