UCD Process
Effective, July 1, 2018, the UCD spreadsheet (link at bottom of page) replaces the Technical Analysis Worksheet (TAW) spreadsheet. All ServiceNow tickets for NGTS services must be submitted with a UCD.
Before completing a UCD you should always request a new template. This will ensure you have the most current template and a build ticket will be created for your project as well.
To request a UCD document send an email to UCD@cbts.com. You will receive an email with the most current UCD template and your build ticket number.
When you submit the UCD through ServiceNow you will reference the Build Ticket number so your updated UCD can be attached to the ticket sent to the appropriate team for processing your order.
